Terms and Conditions
tXtBlaster® is a text messaging service for users of mobile cellular telephones and the World Wide Web (the "Service"). These terms and conditions apply to all uses of the Service by you (the "User").
Use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance without modification of these terms and conditions. tXtBlaster® and its parent company reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time and without notice. Modifications to this agreement will be effective immediately as of the date that modification is posted. You are responsible for regularly reviewing these and conditions for modifications.
Registration
In consideration of your use of the Service, you agree to provide true, accurate, current and complete information about yourself and as may be requested by the Service's registration form (such information being the "Registration Data"). You agree to grant tXtBlaster® a non-exclusive, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free right to use the Registration Data. tXtBlaster® in accordance with tXtBlaster's Privacy Policy
Use of the Service
Use of the Service is provided free of charge by tXtBlaster®. The Service requires you to subscribe to a tXtBlaster® group via an opt-in process using your mobile phone. Message and Data Rates May Apply (Carrier Fees). tXtBlaster® is not responsible for these charges. Members subscribed to tXtBlaster® groups receive messages at a frequency that is determined by the group leader. Must be the account holder or have permission from the account holder to subscribe and subscription will renew until canceled. TXT "stop" to 25278 to cancel, or "help" for help.

User Conduct
You understand that all information, text, messages, or other materials ("Content") are the sole responsibility of the person from which such Content originated. You agree not to harass, "stalk", threaten, embarrass or cause distress or discomfort to any other user of the Service. Language that is unlawful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, hateful, racially, ethnically or otherwise objectionable transmitted via the Service is strictly prohibited.
Advertisements
You understand that messages transmitted via the Service may include an advertisement not to exceed 60 characters of each message. You agree that tXtBlaster® shall not be responsible or liable for any loss or damage of any kind incurred as the result of any such dealings or as the result of the presence of such advertisements on the Service.
No Resale
You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit for any commercial purposes, any portion of the Service, use of the Service, or access to the Service.
Violation of Terms & Conditions
tXtBlaster® may terminate your account for violation of any of these terms and conditions, or for any other reason at any time.
