tXt_blaster® Terms & Conditions

tXt_blaster® (the "Service") is a wireless service. These terms and conditions apply to all uses of the Service by you (the "User").

Use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance without modification of the terms and conditions. tXt_blaster® and its parent company reserve the right to modify this agreement at any time without notice. Modifications to this agreement will be effective immediately as of the date that modification is posted on the Service. You are responsible for regularly reviewing these and conditions for modifications.

Registration

In consideration of your use of the Service, you agree to provide true, accurate, current and complete information about yourself and your tXt_blaster® as prompted by the Service's registration form (such information being the "Registration Data"). You agree to grant tXt_blaster® a non-exclusive, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free right to exercise the copyright and publicity rights you have to your Registration Data. tXt_blaster® will only use the Registration Data in accordance with its Privacy Policy.

Use of the Service

Use of the Service is provided for no charge by tXt_blaster®. The Service requires you to subscribe to a tXt_blaster® group via an opt in process using your mobile phone. You may incur charges when you send txt messages from your mobile phone, and tXt_blaster® is not responsible for these charges.

User Conduct

You understand that all information, text, messages, or other materials ("Content") are the sole responsibility of the person from which such Content originated. You agree not to harass, "stalk", threaten, embarrass or cause distress or discomfort to another user. Language that is unlawful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, hateful, racially, ethnically or otherwise objectionable transmitted via the Service is strictly prohibited.

Advertisements

You understand that messages transmitted via the Service will include an advertisement not to exceed 60 characters of each message. You agree that tXt_blaster® shall not be responsible or liable for any loss or damage of any kind incurred as the result of any such dealings or as the result of the presence of such advertisements on the Service.

No Resale

You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit for any commercial purposes, any portion of the Service, use of the Service, or access to the Service.

Violation of Terms & Conditions

tXt_blaster® may terminate your account for violation of any of these Terms & Conditions, or for any other reason at any time.
